Publication Fees

To cover publication costs (peer review, editing, typesetting, and archiving), a fee is required only after a manuscript is officially accepted.

Fee Structure:

• Libyan Authors:

  • Up to 2 authors: 550 LYD

  • More than 2 authors: 700 LYD

• International Authors:

  • Up to 2 authors: 70 USD

  • More than 2 authors: Contact the editorial office.

Payment & Waivers:

• Payment instructions will be sent upon acceptance.

• Waivers or discounts are available for authors from low-income countries or with financial hardships. Requests with clear justification must be submitted alongside the initial manuscript.
