To cover publication costs (peer review, editing, typesetting, and archiving), a fee is required only after a manuscript is officially accepted.

Fee Structure:

• Libyan Authors:

  •  550 Libyan Dinars (LYD) per article (up to 2 authors).

  • 650 Libyan Dinars (LYD) per article. (More than 2 authors).

• International Authors:

  • For authors: 60 USD

Payment & Waivers:

• Payment instructions will be sent upon acceptance.

• Waivers or discounts are available for authors from low-income countries or with financial hardships. Requests with clear justification must be submitted alongside the initial manuscript.
